Hi everyone!! We're Bre King and Aileen Morgan, co-founders of EmpowHer Haven Health Hub — and we’re so glad you found your way here.

After decades in dental and healthcare leadership, we’ve seen the incredible heart it takes to keep a practice thriving — and the unseen challenges that often come with it. We built EmpowHer Haven Health Hub to change that.

EmpowHer Haven Health Hub is an all-in-one training and consulting platform that equips dental and healthcare Patient Experience Teams with the clarity, confidence, and tools to thrive. As we've finished Haven Elite Dental Certification: Patient Experience Training, we can now focus on building the Haven Elite Medical Certification: Patient Experience Training; make sure you follow us for updated!

Inside our Teachable learning hub, team members learn everything from mouth anatomy and dental terminology to mastering practice management systems (like Dentrix, Open Dental) and third-party platforms (like Flex Dental, Weave and Mango Voice).

Through step-by-step lessons, real-world roleplay, and guided coaching, they’ll also gain the skills to verify insurance, communicate financial clarity, and confidently close treatment plans — turning everyday interactions into meaningful connections and measurable growth.

Because at EmpowHer Haven Health Hub, we don’t just train teams — we transform them into EmpowHered Patient Experience professionals who lead with clarity, compassion, and confidence. 

Our mission is to EmpowHer Patient Experience Teams — from Treatment Coordinators to Insurance Specialists and Front-Office Leaders — with the clarity, confidence, and communication tools they need to lead with purpose and thrive with connection.

But our mission doesn’t stop there.

We’re also deeply committed to creating sponsored pathways for women to build meaningful, lasting careers in dentistry and healthcare. By removing financial barriers and offering mentorship, we help women — especially those seeking a new beginning — gain the knowledge, support, and opportunities to build stable, fulfilling futures in healthcare.

Because The Haven isn’t just a name — it’s a promise: a safe, inspiring space where women and teams can grow in confidence, clarity, and purpose. And we truly believe that when women rise, all of healthcare transforms.

Why We Started The Haven Journal
